Traceability update for trunk/ with Stable Tag 2.5.10.
Delta version 2.5.11d3. Before sorting constants in settings.php by version number (@since tag). The next commit is dedicated to moving constants and their docblocks in settings.php. This replaces most of the list items in the file level docblock. Moving blocks of code breaks traceability of changes, so it’s usually avoided.
